I wanted to send a quick email to thank you for the terrific job you did with the transfer of files and applications from my old laptop to the new. I’m sending this email through my fully functioning Outlook application, instead of having to go to the Charter website and open my email that way. Charter made some changes to the way the emails could be viewed on their website, which I never liked, and typing was a nightmare as it would miss letters in the messages all the time. Using Outlook is so much easier and more convenient for me!
Everything I need and use is available on the new laptop, and I even found some files and applications I forgot were on the old laptop. Everything runs so much faster. I just have to get used to the new laptop, but I’m really enjoying it.
It will be a joy working on the documents for the class I will be teaching on this new laptop, and I thank you for everything.

- You are building an extremely loyal customer over here! Your willingness to tell me what is wrong when you know what it is, and help me to fix something myself impresses me very much. Obviously, you can’t do that in every case or you wouldn’t stay in business, I know that, but your willingness to do it at all is not something found in the business world anymore. You remind me of a friend of mine who just retired from owning his own heating/cooling business. He never charged overtime, even if he was called out on Christmas. As a result he had customers who remained with him for over 30 years. He also followed up every service call with a phone call the following day to make sure things were still working correctly.
